Vacation Workout


My family and I are headed to Hawaii this Saturday, but I still want to fit my workouts in so I put together a vacation workout you can do anywhere.  Here is a simple workout routine you should bring along with you on your vacation so you enjoy yourself and still feel great.


Start off by getting in about 10 minutes of cardio.  Take a walk, run or jog around your hotel room, whatever works for you.  Then do the following strength moves:

- 10 pushups
- 30 second plank
- 30 second side plank on each side
- 15 tricep dips on chair or bench
- 15 plie squats
- 10 jumping jacks
- 30 second wall sit
- 10 regular squats
- 10 inch worms
- 10 burpees
- 10 wacky jacks
- 50 crunches
- 20 leg lifts on each leg
- 30 seconds jump and punch
- 15 calf raises on each leg
- 10 pushups
- 50 crunches
- 30 seconds high knees
- 30 second plank

Cool down by walking for 5 minutes when you are done with the moves above and then follow your cool down with some stretches.
