Monogrammed Sandwiches

Sandwiches are a great, easy meal or snack for kids.  We use whole wheat bread and any of the following ingredients to make a healthy sandwich:
  • Turkey
  • Reduced fat cheese
  • Mustard
  • Light Mayo
  • Olives
  • Lettuce
  • All natural peanut butter
  • Low sugar jelly 

You can also get very creative with your sandwiches.  The other day I branded my kids sandwiches by making indentions into the bread with a straw.  They loved it!
