Healthy Yogurt Cups

Healthy yogurt cups are plain, Greek yogurt dressed up with healthy, tasty goodies. They are easy to make and will satisfy you and your family. My kids surprisingly like plain, Greek yogurt and LOVE these healthy yogurt cups. Get a cute jar or cup and put 1 cup of plain, Greek yogurt in it. We like FAGE Greek yogurt because it has a thick, creamy texture and isn't too tart. Then top with any of the following ingredients that you and your family like:
  • Sliced almonds
  • Low sugar, high fiber granola
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Bananas
  • Small amount of honey or Splenda if you have a sweet tooth
This is a simple snack or treat that can be sweetened up to your taste.  It is great for a quick breakfast or even a healthy dessert.
