Best Health and Fitness Apps

Two of my favorite health and fitness applications for the Iphone are:

RunKeeper- With RunKeeper you can track your workouts via settings and GPS.  The application tells you how far you have ran, walked, biked, etc., how many calories you have burned, calculates your pace and much more.  It provides a map for you and logs your workouts as well.  This app is great for races as well to keep you on track.

MyFitnessPal- I use this application everyday.  It allows you to keep a food diary of what you eat during the day and calculates against how much you should be eating to lose, maintain or gain weight.  It also tracks calories burned and puts that into the equation.  Love this app.
